His services are priced higher than others, but his service is a zillion times better and to me worth the extra. Tim comes by and checks on the lawn, adjusting the services to the rain/drought to get the best results. We won't irrigate and our lawn looks great due to his skilled and patient care. He cuts when needed to just the right height, trims the edges, and blows off the clippings. Our yard always looks great, but it never has that GI haircut look. He is meticulous when putting down pine straw and give the beds a scuplted look. Both you and he will be frustrated if you are not willing to be patient and let nature, and Tim's skills, work over time. No quick fixes, just dedication, perisistence, and know-how to get the best lawn over time, that endures in an ecologically responsible manner, through drought, heat, and drenching rain. Tim can manage balky drainage problems, install French drains and retaining walls, stepping stones and other landscape features. He can pick the right grass seed, and apply only the chemicals needed when they are needed in a custom program. If you are willing to pay for premium service, Tim is the right choice.
