 + -1 moreWe purchased a model home, and Kirk had dropped off a flier. He came out and looked at the garage, and provided us with several different opinions on how we could complete the job. He sat down with us and tailored it to our need. We were able to have him scheduled the day after we closed on the home, and he was out to start the project. Normally the job just takes one day, but we asked for special features and he was able to do it in two. We were very satisfied with the job. He was great, very professional and personable.
Description of Work: He build a built a loft in my three car garages for added storage space. The total space is at least 400 square feet. We opted for a finished loft with a lot of special features, which explains the price. We thought he was very reasonable.

 + -1 moreExcellent job, arrived and completed on time. Work was well done, good workmanship, sturdy. I can recommend the product and Kirk's service highly to anyone needing more room in their garage. Basic unit price is a good deal, optional trim costs more but not unreasonable.
Description of Work: Installed 2 garage lofts in my garage for storage (price above was for #2). Very good idea - well executed. In additional to moving garage items up, I was able to some things from my attic and my basement in the garage also. Pulled both cars into the garage that weekend.

 + -1 moreKIRK SHOWED UP ON TIME, BUILT THE STORAGE LOFT, CLEANED UP, AND WAS GONE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.
