Forrest Plumbing Inc has been serving Gaston and Mecklenburg County since 1999. We are a smaller company, very fair priced offering a wide variety of plumbing and drain cleaning services. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. Payment is expected upon completion unless previous arrangements have been made.

That was a lot of different work. Most of it was under the house that time. I don?t remember the price, but it was a bunch. I think all of that was together. The thing is that we?re not real happy because we had inspections done before we bought this house. And they didn?t seem to find what was wrong with this house, which is costing enormous amounts of money. Which isn?t what we thought when we tried to make sure we didn?t get a house that was in bad shape. Those leaks under the house were obvious. Anybody that went under there surely could have seen those, and all those pipes that weren?t connected and stuff. They?re coming back 4/20, but they have not come back yet. He had some kind of problem that he could not come for 2 or 3 weeks after this time. But since they got the most crucial things done these other things are leaky faucets and that kind of stuff that aren?t real awful so we can deal with that for a few more days. We have several lavatory faucets that are leaking, we have a shower head that sprays everywhere except where you want it. It was supposed to have already been fixed, which the person that we paid didn?t fix it. I need him to do some caulking. Those are all more minor than the other things they had to do.
We were wasting enormous amounts of water. He suggested that, we didn't know anything about it, but he suggested that. So, we had it done and so far, it's worked. The first time he set the thing for the hours that it would work, it didn't work. When I told him about it the next time he came he went out and checked it. He checked it two more times before he left to make sure it was alright. So, he went beyond. So far, it's working. It doesn't work 24 hours a day because he said the pump would wear out quickly if we left it on all the time. You set periods of 2-4 hours 2-3 times a day when you think you will be using the hot water more. It works out nicely. We would certainly use them again, which we are.
Everything went great! There were not any problems and they were most professional, friendly and timely.
I called and spoke with Forrest Temple, who was able to schedule his visit immediately.
He came out, and had the needed parts to replace the valve at that time.
I would not hesitate to hire this company again.
