I dropped my machine off on Thursday and it was completed by Tuesday. I picked it up on Wednesday. The technician returned my initial call instantly and told me he was going out of town over the weekend, but still expected to be able to have the machine ready for pickup during the following week. This was good news for me, so I took the machine in to Mary Jo's to leave it for him. I can't say enough about how well my machine runs now. It is 15 years old and runs like new! I will never take any of my 5 sewing machines to any other service provider now.
