Caskey Heating & Cooling

We had used this company for the past few years for our home and our rental properties.  We called them and Mike came out March, 11,2013,  to check the system.  Our system is in our crawl space.  Mike left and said he went to get parts.  He returned the following morning and told us he repaired the system and it should work fine.  He charged $190. and my husband gave him a check.  Mike promised to email a receipt to us, but , never did.  An hour or so after Mike left the system would not come on.  We have not been able to contact Mike or the company since then.  No one will pick up the phone or return phone calls.  They cashed the check immediately. They still owe us $190.
  
On 3-13-2013. we called another company who came in and found the pressure switch had not been wired back up and it was left loose in the cabinet.  It turned out we needed a new furnace and cost us $3000.  One of the burners had burned out. Caskey never mentioned this to us.
Today on one of our rental units. I found out that  Mike at Caskey heating and cooling made another big mistake.  He installed a new heat pump approx 3 years ago and only wired it to the a/c system. He did not wire it to the heating system, which means in the winter the tenant was using all emergency heat from the internal unit and her bills were sky high.  I called Caskey back numerous times to find out why the electric bill was so high and he would give me other reasons and a bill. 
 I called another hvac co and was told that the system had never been wired properly and 2 wires were completely missing from the system.  The new hvac person had to break thru the wall to find the wires and properly wire the system so the heat pump will work in conjunction with the internal system. This cost the tenant hundreds of dollars in electric bills, and cost us numerous repair bills.  
The people at Caskey were very courteous and professional at one time, but, they have completely  fallen from grace.
