Graybrooke, LLC
About us
Graybrooke Construction & Renovation is a full-service contractor, specializing in renovations and additions. We operate with about 5 employees (part-time and full-time). We use sub-contractors for some trades, especially those which require special licensing, but we perform many tasks in-house as well. Graybrooke is licensed for commercial and residential work in North Carolina, and South Carolina honors our license. Our license is always up-to-date, currently through 12/31/2010. Our license number is: 68422. We do not charge for estimates. Service charges for repairs or small jobs are $85, which covers up-to the first hour of service. If you mention that you found us on Angie's List, we will honor that with a 2% discount on your job. Fun Details ----------- Graybrooke was formed by individuals who live and breathe building construction. The owner of the company, Josh Robertson, grew up watching This Old House every Sunday, visiting job-sites in the evenings after construction crews left for the day, and making it out the the Grand Opening of every Home Center within driving distance. Nothing excites Graybrooke quite like new construction projects. In addition to his licensing, Graybrooke's owner, Josh, received additional training working for one of the state's largest commercial builders, located in Charlotte, NC, Rodgers Builders.
