This is the second time in a month that I've needed Joe Simpson...first for my refrigerator and now for my over-the-range microwave. Once again, Joe was very prompt and efficient. He spent about an hour diagnosing the problem which included having to remove the microwave from its mounting hardware. He told me that the problem was a bad magnetron. He further relayed that he could certainly fix it for me, but he wouldn't recommend that action since the price for parts and labor would have exceeded the cost for a new microwave. I purchased new unit and Joe came by the next day and installed it without any problem.
What a great guy...trustworthy, efficient, prompt, polite and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Joe.

What a great guy. He showed up right on time, even apologizing that he couldn't have gotten to me sooner. He diagnosed my refrigerator problem within 5 minutes and was done with the repair after another 10 minutes. His fee was very reasonable. Cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use Joe again.

Every thing went well. As I said he is prompt and very likeable.

He is absolutely wonderful and very reasonable. He will even work on it, order the part, and then charge you later. If he does certain work he won't charge you unless it works. He is a really good guy.
