Character Builder

One of the best things I can say about the owners of Character Builder is that I can depend on them to work independently.  My project was begun in late November of 2011.  I was away from Thanksgiving till early January.  John and Lisa worked on schedule, made sure persons contracted stayed on schedule and that all work was done correctly and thoroughly.  The kitchen and sunroom were completed to my satisfaction by the spring of 2012.  The transformation is spectacular.
After the sunporch was completed, I had a leak in the roof which became somewhat of a mystery.  John was tenacious and did not stop until he got to the bottom of it.  This took several trips to the roof in nasty weather. Turns out, the leak was actually from deterioration of a window improperly installated when the condo was built.  John replaced the window and I've had no further problem.
Lisa has done beautiful upholstery and drapery work in a bedroom. She also repaired a shade for me, even though it was not one that she had installed.
Most recently, I had another leak, unrelated to any previous work that John had done. Nevertheless, he came promptly "to the rescue," crawled into the attic to locate the problem, and had someone over to repair the roof right away. I cannot say enough about the dependability and capability of this company.
Since the completion of the project, John and Lisa have returned often to make other improvements, frequently at times when I was travelling.  This is never a problem.  The name they've given their business fits--they are people of unquestionable character, honesty, and integrity who consistently provide quality service.
