My husband called in the appointment. The morning of the appointment the service man called to let us know that they were on their way. They arrived promptly (in their magenta truck with the little sign on the back that says, "Warning, may contain political promises."). They were quick, neat, courteous, and professional. The charge was about what we expected. No complaints. I'd call them again.
