They've been fine. They're punctual. We have had occasional problems with the water cooler and they've responded promptly. I don't know if that is par for the course. Sometimes the coolers that hold the water will freeze up and then leak. I've used them for a number of years and it's happened twice. They do replace it, but leaking water is always a pretty major concern for damage. I don't know if that's just something that happens with those coolers.
