When we were ready to switch over to Eastern, they were here very quickly to exchange the tank. Their pricing is much more reasonable than our previous propane company.

Do not go into default with billing. As soon as it was brought to my attention I paid $350 because they said they would take the propane out of tank. This was in February when I just returned from the hospital after a four day stint from propane poisoning. There was a leak in the system. I have also had made payments made every month. I called them recently to see if there was any way they could give me a $100 of propane to hold me over and the said no. From a business point of view I understand, but from a humanitarian point of view I want all citizens to know I have a 17 month old and last night the temperature fell between 30 and 32 degrees. I have no propane. I also agreed to pay more per month.
