After Hours Plumbing Repairs LLC

They called me and said they were near my house and they would come over. Nothing was discussed about any fees. I thought they would give me an estimate. I am used to a plumber, contractor, electrician or tree service to give me a proposal. If I am willing to have the work done, I sign it and we have an enforceable contract. The serviceman that came said he would have to talk to the boss about the price, but he thought  it might be $600 to $700. I said I couldn't afford that. Soon after they sent me a bill for $100. The owner claims the men were here 45 min, I believer it was about 15.

Once they got here it was great.  I called just as outside temps fell below freezing and After Hours had to respond to people with bursted pipes and no water.  It took almost three weeks for them to get to my house because they have limited crews.  They called to advise when I was on the schedule and the plumber called to let me know when they were on the way.  A crew of three worked all day, in and out of the house.  They were so quiet and professional, I didn't even know when they were in the house.  Work was completed and all was cleaned up and old materials taken away.  Ray, crew chief, keep us informed of everything they were doing.  Definitely worth the wait.

*Work was so extensive, they are having to mail an invoice, after all materials lists are completed.

I used them last during the hurricane and we have used them before also.  I love them; you can depend on them to come when they say.  They do excellent work.  They are very good at making suggestions that might save your money, about the best way to do something.  We have used them in the past also, they are really good guys.  I have been using them for 2-3 years.  I do know them pretty well.
