+ -1 moreBruce responded quickly to a message and stopped by a couple of days later to see what needed to be done. He returned promptly and made the repairs. Also told us what to watch for in terms of repairs that might need to be done in the future. We were very pleased with the whole process and would certainly hire Bruce again.
Description of Work: Clean out 2 bathroom sink drains and replace tank plumbing in leaking toilet.

+ -1 moreThis winter a pipe froze and burst in a place under the house I can no longer get to. (I'm a lot wider than I was the last time it burst) Bruce came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes to help me with the repair. He is extremely professional. I am having him quote and perform other jobs on the house. I definitely will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I expect to hire Bruce for general handyman services in the future. This time, however, I had a particular problem involving a malfunctioning toilet. Bruce was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. What most impressed me, however, was that when the part he had installed proved defective, he returned to replace it without charging me anything (although I did give him a tip). The toilet is now working well. At this point, I feel that Bruce is professional, competent, and trustworthy. I look forward to hiring him again.
