Amazing. The project manager and carpenters worked with the engineer and did a great job. They came out to go over the project the day I called, and started the work a couple of days later. During the job the carpenters made some suggestions that would help me out later on and I really appreciate their professionalism.

I liked that you could call the company and there was always an answer during business hours AND the contractor, Wendell Proffitt was always available via his cell.  The service was extraordinary.  
After the work was completed and we returned (it is a vacation home) , there were a few additional minor issues then needed to be addressed so I called Wendell...he immediately set an appointment to review those questions I had...and then scheduled another appointment (for tomorrow) to come out and make the minor adjustments.  IN ADDITION, another company did the new flooring and Wendell even took control of some of the minor things they missed and said he would take care of them without an additional cost to me as he wanted us to be happy with the complete job...even those items which were contracted outside of his company!  
The workmanship was excellent.  The contractors started as they promised, they took care of all of the details they represented that they would take care of and actually went beyond the call of duty.
 We have worked with many contractors in the area...from an "F" (Failing grade) to a "C" and "B" however this company I would definitely rate an "A++" for their service and their workmanship and the fact that they truly care about the customer and the customers satisfaction.
Customer Service is exceptional...and if you want an honest contractor, that is reliable...and truly cares...call Wendell and V.P.C. Builders.

Matt Vincent came to our home to meet us personally and determine the problem and give us an estimate.  He took care of all the details from that point on and we didn't have to worry about a thing.  The problem caused by storm damage was resolved, and all our interior water damage was repaired, drywall replaced, paint matched to existing paint so that we wouldn't have to have the cost of repainting an entire room, and finally, everything was cleaned up and left immaculate by the time his crew left.  Friendly, polite crew was detailed and meticulous.  Finally, Matt stopped by our home when the job was done to make sure we were completely satisfied, and to inspect the job himself.  He would let nothing rest.
Next time we have any needs for our home we will call VPC because we trust Matt Vincent.  He took good care of us and we are more than satisfied--we are extremely pleased with the results.

VPC builders responded promptly to our request for chimney repairs. They sent their site supervisor to our home to evaluate our needs to discuss the details of the project. Our home was only 4 years old but our original builder (not VPC builders) had installed the chimney cap improperly and created a fire hazard and could have potentionaly caused a chimney fire. VPC was very knowledgable of what needed to be done to repair the chimney cap and flue and the materials needed. A date was scheduled for the repair. We were out of town the day of the repair but VPC builders came on the scheduled date and completed the project without a problem. We had just had our deck stained and they took great care to protect the finish and not damage it during the chimney repair process. We were very pleased with the service, price, and professional workmanship of VPC builders. We would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend VPC to others. Our only regret is that we didn't contract for them to build our house originally!

VPC Builders were great to work with.  Matt Vincent is meticulous and responsive in overseeing the work, and he has great foremen who treat the project like their own.  They are attentive to detail and maintain a neat and orderly construction site.  I have used this company before, and they always complete the project as promised and they have always come in on budget.  This includes performing remodel jobs of older structures, one of which required the assistance of a structural engineer.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Great experience with everyone associated with the job.  I appreciated receiving regular updates, never felt that I needed to call to find out what was going on.  Some of the renovation work took patience and creativity and the team was awesome coming up with solutions. Seriously, they took a rough sketch of my idea and made it real.  I appreciate working with professionals.  I will call on VPC Builders again.

Utilizing various specialty teams, VPC Builders completed the work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.  We are extremely pleased with the outcome, especially the totally new appearance of our home.  We also enjoyed working with all the people involved.  We have made some great new friends and know where we will turn for any future renovations.  In all our experience of working with contractors in several states over the years, we would give VPC Builders our highest rating in every aspect.
