Work went very well. Harry was professional, honest, and punctual. I got his name from Angie's List and was very happy with his work. I would definitely recommend him and would rate him as "A". Excellent.

The actual project work seemed to be done extremely well.  Kuehne seemed to be knowledgeable of techniques, wanted to do a quality job and seemed to do it well and at a good price.  There were only two small issues that were bothersome, but did not have to do with the job itself.
(1) It was difficult to communicate with the principle.  His recommended phone would not be answered and would drop to his voicemail.  His voicemail was always full and not allow a message to be left.  Luckily, there was a contractor that was working with him whose email I found and I could communicate second hand.
(2) The contract committed for him to paint our cedar chimney (which is in a difficult location).  There was apparently confusion between the "contractor" above and the principle on this detail.  The problem became getting communications between the principle and another painter that I had hired.  Whenever we met together, everyone was professional -- but there were several communication issues.
From a quality of work, I would definitely consider this contractor again.

I called and interviewed many contractors for the framing of our new home.  We decided to go with Kuhne Construction because the price was reasonable and the owner seemed honest.  I also called several provided references and each of them commented on their integrity and honesty.  After being very satisfied with the framing of the home we decided to hire them for several other projects including the window and door install, roofing, and siding.  After having personal experience with Kuhne Construction I can verify what their references experienced.  They are very knowledgeable and honest.  Their work is very professional and detail oriented.  I would definitely use them again!
