very good service

Very pleased with services and attention paid to my cats. Provider sent email updates and left daily notes - makes going away that much easier knowing my cats and house are well cared for.

They were so flexible with the scheduling which was great. They only charge by the visit which was also convenient as well. They seemed truly concerned about my dog and they always add a personal touch by leaving little journal notes after each visit.

Irena and her staff were always responsive, professional and detail oriented. They responded quickly to email requests for service, never turned down a request, always got the details of the dates and care instructions exactly correct. and were extremely polite. Their rates are extremely competitive and well worth the value of service provided.

We spent about $38 for two days. The service went fine. I had an initial assessment appointment. I liked the fact that they were very professional and well organized. They set up an appointment to come and get acquainted with the situation and took care of the pet. We are new to the area. We felt that the price was fine, but it was more than what we had been paying back in Columbus, OH. It is probably the going rate over here.

Irena and her staff were great. I found them on Angie's List based on reviews from other customers, and found them very responsive and easy to work with. They came to my house to meet my kitties before they started, with a thorough interview of what the routines were and how they can help. I felt completely safe leaving my cats in their care, and appreciated them sticking to routines so the cats weren't (too) disturbed that I was gone. When I got back there was a note for each day that she had visited with details on what she did, how the cats reacted, and how things went.

A fantastic experience. My cats are my world and I was a little scared to trust somebody I didnt know but they did an excellent job. Not only did they take care of my babies, but I got daily written reports as to how the day went...what they ate (or didnt eat). In addition, they got my mail for me and even watered my outdoor plants! What a nice surprise. I will gladly use them again in the future. They are wonderful.

My wife and I had a similar experience as Irena when we moved to NC, we could not find a reliable pet sitter. Thankfully, Irena decided to solve this problem and start pet sitting. We first met Irena during her complementary consulation. My wife and I knew that Irena was perfect for the job before that visit was over. Irena arrived early, was well prepared, professional, took detailed notes, and took a keen interest in our cat. It was obvious that she was a pet lover and that pet sitting was something she enjoyed. Since then Irena has alway been available to take care of our cat, including a very short notice when our child was born. Irena confirms prior to each visit and unlike any pet sitter we have ever had leaves notes, journal entries really, describing each visit. We always look forward to reading these notes, to see how things went. We regularly find new toys that Irena has made and left for our cat to play with. Our cat requires a special diet and continually has problems keeping food down and easily loses interest in a particular kind of food. In addition, our cat and toddler have not yet made friends. Irena has helped us on both fronts recommending and bringing new foods and products to help our cat get through the day with a full belly and our child without any scratches. My wife and I feel reassured when we leave knowing our cat and home are in good hands. We are grateful for Irena and the services she provides.

Fantastic! Irena left a flyer in our mailbox, and after expensive and unsatisfactory boarding experiences, we gave her a try. She came to the house to interview, meet the critters, and take copious and detailed notes of how we wanted them cared for. She called while we were away to let us know everything was fine. She also left us a written note for us to look at upon our arrival home describing how everyone did while we were gone. Clearly cares about the creatures in her care, as well as the house. Very personable, conscientious, and detail oriented. Refused to take a deposit and was adamant that we only send payment if we were satisfied with her work. We've already recommended her to several friends and will not hesitate to call upon her again. Great work!
