Gary was professional, prompt and responsive. System works perfectly. When I thought there was a problem he responded the same day, identified the issue as a thermostat issue, resolved it on the spot and would not let me pay him!

Gary Creech is the owner. It is an independent company. He does upgrades and repairs; he doesn't do residential installation and ductwork. We have used him for several years prior for service work. He is totally awesome. He fixes what needs to be fixed and charges what I think is a reasonable price. He is just great. He won't just hold his hand to the vent and tell you that it is blowing cold air; he actually can calculate, based on pressure readings and air temperature, the actual performance of your system. This guy is incredibly sharp. He gets back with you if you call him and gives you a realistic schedule as to when he is available.  I will use him again in the future.

My A/C broke during the hottest week of the year so far and I called Gary in the evening and he was at my house within a matter of hours.  In about an hour he had my air working again.  I am very satisfied with his work and I will DEFINITELY use him again in the future should something else happen to my heating or air.  He also saw something unrelated to the actual problem and suggested to me what I should do about that as well.  I really appreciated him doing that because I never would have noticed it until that part broke as well.  Very, very happy with his work!

I was referred to Gary by a friend in real estate and construction. I called Gary last week just before Thanksgiving and we agreed to reconnect today. I called him to see about getting my gas pack serviced on a newly purchased home. Gary quickly returned my call and was able to schedule a time for the same afternoon. He was prompt and friendly. He started by taking the entire cover off of the unit and took the time to explain to me what he was finding. It was a good thing I called him because the system needed a thorough cleaning, which Gary performed. I will definitely use him again!

My heat pump failed & I called Gary Creech (recommended by a friend). He came out the next day & told me that my old heat pump needed replacing. It was 19 yrs old & it had not been serviced since I purchased the home 4 yrs earlier. The fan motor had fallen down & cut the outdoor coil. I decided to replace the heat pump. Gary ordered a new pump & replaced it within 2-3 days. He was courteous, prompt, cleaned up after himself. It was working fine. A month later there was no heat so I called him. He came out immediately & replaced a breaker & it's worked fine ever since.
