- The fireplace installation was done properly and one time and budget. The quartz countertop was also properly done. My main problem is with the kitchen backsplash. There are areas that are not flush. I contacted the company and they were supposed to send someone out to fix this issue. I've yet to hear from them. I will not hound them, nor will I use them again. This company has an excellent assortment of products and they claim to do exceptional work; however, that was not the case for me. I will not use them again when I remodel my bathroom and floors. I give a rating of fair for the work on the backsplash and good for the professionalism of the designer who helped me. My advise is to withhold your money until it's properly done. I will admit that I didn't notice the issue with the tile at first, but when I did notice it, I immediately contacted the office.
