The house I had Audra clean had not been cleaned in several years. What a mess and she met the challenge with a great attitude and did a very good job. Many thanks for showing up when she said she would and doing a nice job.

I strongly suggest you do not hire Trimco Builders in Moorhead City for any exterior house painting projects..... I terminated the contract halfway through.

Mr. Butts his company is currently working on my project - So far, work has been a bit slow, but the recent hurricane might have made materials hard to come by - I will report later.

Trimco called me immediately, I told them I needed a cleaning service ASAP and they sent me 2 wonderful ladies within 2 hours. They were so sweet, professional. They asked me what I wanted. I told them but they listened between the lines and not only gave me what I wanted but I needed. My house was spotless, they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Audra and Melanie for helping me get a little my life back. Because they were so good and efficient I was able to spend a little time off. Being a nurse and taking care of family on my off times I had no time for myself and my husband. They might think it was just cleaning but to me it was much more. I recommend them highly and as a matter of fact they're going to be helping my in laws as well. You girls rock! Thanks Steve at Trimco for being so nice and responding so quickly.

Steven and his Trimco crews saved the day. First closing on our home fell through due to Lowes and Service Pro's failure to show for flooring installation. Steven was able to schedule a crew last minute and they did a wonderful job on our flooring installation, appliance installation, carpet removal and cleanup. Steve is extremely professional and his crews were very pleasant, thorough and always on time. All had an excellent work ethic. I cannot recommend Steven and Trimco highly enough.

I received a call within 5min after inquiring for assistance. I called on a Thursday and they scheduled me that following Monday. Free quote over the phone. Inquirer: make sure you know the sq.footage of the area you want cleaned. Very nice customer service and the one time clean was amazing.

I want everyone to know that they were not at all professional. They said they had me scheduled and never did anything. This started back around March 25th. The project was to replace a few shingles and close a gap between the vinyl siding and the electrical meter. It was told several times that I was on the schedule and nothing was done. I asked if they could get it done within a month. I was promised that the job would be done. I am sick of the promises that haven't been kept. Personally, I wouldn't want these folks to work on a dog house. I don't think the job would ever get done. I regret having to take it to this level of feedback, but it is truly reflective of my experience. I don't know for sure the quality of their work or the value for the money because they never did the job. However, I had to put in some type of rating for HomeAdvisor for those two categories. If you do the math, nothing done equals nothing. That is what Trimco Builders deserves.
