We contracted Dennis through another provider. Dennis did a very professional job renovating our bathroom, which involved reframing a tub, removing wallpaper and painting as well as some minor woodworking (baseboards, mirror framing) around the room. The room looks great and we're very happy with it. He also redirected the vent and did some cross-bracing on our deck. We plan to work with Dennis again for our next home project.
Our only issue had to do with pricing and time. In fairness, Dennis was not responsible for the original quote (the other provider did the quote), but he job went well over the budget and took longer than expected. That said, we're satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the work; we just should have had received a more realistic idea of what it would cost and how much time it would take going in.

Dennis painted my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, built a beautiful wood bar top, and did a myriad of other handyman-type stuff around my place.His work is excellent and he is very easy to deal with.
