Great! He saved me money by finding an unrelated to batteries problem on the 2nd UPS when I had thought replacement batteries were a definite factor in the unit's failed state. Ditto the HP printer problem. This guy is a wizard. Knows his stuff on the operating system side too with fluent experience with Windows XP & Vista, Apple Macintosh OS X and Linux. He is a graduate of the A-B Technical College computer sciences program. Totally reliable and with very reasonable fees. He comes to you and repairs on premise.
Description of Work: Repaired two Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS). One hour of labor @ $50/hr + $70 for the batteries. Todd repaired one UPS, fixing the problem without having to purchase additional batteries. Also correctly diagnosed an HP printer drum error indicator. Was not the drum at all but rather a replaceable chip that monitored the drum. He ordered a new chip through eBay for $8.86 (included shipping!). Would have been $$$ anywhere else.
