Victor and his team we’re amazing! We needed carpet and tile removed before hardwood flooring was installed. They finished the 1,200 square feet in less than a week and gave us a great price. Professional and hard working. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing hardwood installation!

From start to finish the job was done in a very professional manner. They came and looked at our problem and knew right away what needed to be done to fix the bad job done by another contractor. Viktor was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. He quoted me for sanding and providing two coats of poly. When the job was done, it was clear that at least one more coat of poly was needed, and that some corners had been missed, which he came back and took care of quickly with no extra charge. While I do feel that he should have known how many coats the floor needed up front to look polished, I was very pleased with how he handled the situation. There are a couple of areas where the floor is uneven due to the sander digging in, but I am generally pleased with the job for the price, and the floors generally look great! I would hire Viktor again because he was great to work with, and I believe he would not repeat issues I had with this job.

It went great! Viktor Stynka Vlad Stynka owners of Affordable Flooring did an excellent job putting are new oak hard wood flooring in! They went above and beyond what I asked them to do! They competed work in a timely fashion and worked long hours to get it done on time.. The name of their company Affordable Flooring is a perfect name because they charged very reasonable prices for what I wanted done.. They were very professional and very polite! I would use them again definitely!! Since I also wanted tile flooring put in Victor Stynka remmeconded his cousin Andre Stynka and he also did an excellent job! And was also reasonably priced.. after new flooring was done and tile was put in I decided that I needed all the rooms painted and Viktor also gave me the name of a good painter Sabino Lopez he and his crew also did an excellent job! So to sum it all up I'm so glad I found Viktor and Affordable Flooring! He saved me money and got me extra contractors that I would also use again! He saved me the head ache of trying to find a tile guy and painters so I feel I was blessed to find them! We may build a new house in the near future and I will be using Affordable Flooring again and all the guys Viktor got to help me! I can't thank them enough for for the excellent job they did!!
