They are wonderful. They did an excellent job for me and I have no problems with the computer. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I took a laptop in for repair. I have taken computers to Wired Mouse before. When I picked the repaired computer up, I asked about a charger for another laptop. The man quoted me a fair price, and the next day, my husband went by to buy the charger. I didn't tell my husband details or the price I was quoted (I didn't think I needed to.... ).
When he brought the charger home, I realized that the man at Wired Mouse sold him a different charger than the one he had shown me, which cost twice as much as what he had told me the day before! We left the charger in all the original packaging and called Wired Mouse. They agreed to refund the difference and trade out the chargers. However, when I returned the charger (still unwrapped), along with the receipt, the employees there refused to exchange.
