Willow Creek removed the burner for the gas logs, made repairs and reinstalled the burner - after the burner was reinstalled, propane could be smelled in the living room - I called willow creek and explained the problem and they said the burners tested fine and the problem was the gas company's to deal with.  I said that WC removed and reinstalled the burner and the gas company had no role in the project - and said that WC was responsible - the person on the call wouldn't accept that and again said it was the gas company's problem - she argued with me and became nasty - saying it was the Gas Company's problem not theirs and that she would call them - she did that and got nasty with them as well - when I talked to her again she argued with me again and said it was not their problem to fix - she said she would get the man who repaired the burnerr to come back Christmas Eve but she had me so mad I said no I will just have the gas company out - she said you just do that.  I was shocked that she would treat a customer in that manner - I am considering asking for my money back but haven't decided on that yet as they have not cashed my check.  Totally dissatisfied with her.  Their service man was professional but her conduct erased all his good work and my impression of the company

Called them and requested service on the fireplace purchased from them that stopped working. They promised to send someone but never showed or called me back after over 7 weeks. Called back several times. They never did contact me again and did not return several messages. They don't stand behind the products they sell and are not honest or professional. I found other providers on Angies List that were very responsive and took care of my problem. Will never buy anything from Willow Creek again.

Took weeks for them to order the part and didn't phone us when the part came in.  Scheduled to do the work three times and didn't show each time and didn't call.  End up telling me that they work for multi-million dollar builders and that this work was "small fry".  No apologies, not sign of understanding what customer service really means.
