Incredibly slow and unorganized. Got an on-site estimate in late March. Got the quote in mid April. Did not get booked for the 3-part repair until late June. Finally, when I get contractors on site to perform the repairs, they showed up 4 hours late around 2pm, and had to stay until almost 9pm on a Friday. When they left Friday night, less than 25% of the work was completed. I needed 2 new windows, and a sliding glass door installed. They started with the sliding glass door but didn't finish. And thank god I was there to see it because they almost installed the sliding door backwards and I had to ask them to flip it around. It's now July 3rd, almost 4 months since my initial estimate visit, and the project is still incomplete. The sliding glass door does not open all the way, and the screen door comes off track every time we use it. This is almost worse than the sliding glass door we originally had. Additionally, I was told multiple times via email/phone that the job had been completed, when I'm still staring out of 2 broken windows and barely able to use my "new" sliding glass door. They charged my card on file before the work was complete. It's been a nightmare, to be honest! Choose literally ANYBODY else for your glass, mirror, and window needs! It's a shame too, because the contractors were nothing but kind, agreeable, and knowledgeable. The contractors are honest people, but there is something very wrong with the company's communication, organization, and timeliness. I would be happy to adjust my review if/when this gets resolved.

The most miserable experience todate in Asheville.
Very clueless office staff, no one can find anything and cannot really tell you anything. Can barely show you what you ordered. The quote was for a completely replacement of the front window, remove and fully install.  
We were not at the house when this happened. The following day we go to look at at and oh dear, what a mess. If Angies list allows pictures I will post them. Windows do not line up, nothing was finished, holes in the front, this was installed by someone who had no idea and did not care what they did.  Called the office immediately and Jeff was out and not available, in fact is so busy is never really available. They need to come back and take out and fix it or get it give me back my 1965 window which was considerably better.
Hugely disappointing experience and would never recommend these people to anyone. Being busy is one thing, busy is good, but you have to do each job correctly, we were not in any hurry, there was no rush, it could have been next year for all I care, just do a good job.

What I wasn't happy with was the insulation strip between the two windows. I have white trim, and they put in a dark strip of insulation. It looks awful. I told them that if they couldn't do things the way they were done previously, they needed to inform me of the changes that needed to be made. I requested the owner call me to discuss the issue, and he has not called me back. There are also remnants of glue left that they did not clean up.

They were very reliable and punctual.  The window looks great!

It went very well.  The tech replaced a broken window, cleaned up the mess and all was well.

First time they came and took all the mesuraments. They called the following day with a price and delivered as agreed without any surprises. In additions they cleaned all the glasses and made sure they fit perfectly.
Extremely professional and polite.

Service was prompt and provider was courteous. Got the job done.

My experience was pretty straightforward---my shower door shattered, I took the frame to Wholesale Glass, they fixed it quickly doing a good job for a fair price.

On 05/14/12  I went to the store of Wholesale Glass & Mirror Company , talked with the woman behind the counter showed her the door I wanted it was Bronze I stressed I DID NOT WANT WHITE she then  got a person name Jeff  ( who I have found out is one of the owners ) I showed him the door I wanted stressed I DID NOT WANT WHITE  I wanted Bronze because the trim around my insert was BRONZE we talked I told him I need a door made for an insert I have he said they  could do it . so I called in the measurements to them Talked a lady she said she could send a guy out to get the correct measurements for me I ask what it would cost for them to do the complete job she told me they could do it for $240. 00 the next day Jeff called and left a message that I needed to bring in a deposit before they could order the door so I did . When I got there I was told it would cost more for them to hand the door and I told then I was quoted a price  and if they couldn't do it for that price I would take my insert some where else and have it done They said they could do it for that price of $ 240.00 I was told it would take 2 weeks on the 30th of May I called was told it would be 2 more weeks . The 14th of June was called to set an appointment for the 19th at 9AM Installer came today Tuesday 06/19/2012 appt.@ 9am showed up @ 10:15 am  Door was wrong color ,  wrong measurements  they said they would be back at 9AM  on Thursday 21st  talked to Cindy ( I am told she is one of the owners) told her the door was wrong color she stated let see what I can do . never heard back from her . Installer called on Wednesday around  2:30 or 3PM wanted to come and install door .I informed him I was out of town need to keep  original  appointment  for Thursday 06/21/12 At 9AM .Thursday morning 9:AM no show called at 12:50 PM talked to Cindy ask why they were not here  she stated she didn't  know to hold on a moment was put on hold for 11 minutes  when she came back on the phone she said they were having problems with a door on another job , I was told by the installers that they were off on Thursday but were coming in just to do my door They were 5 hours late for the appointment  . Installed called at 2:10 pm and said they were on their way was unable it complete insulation of door due to thunder storm set another appointment for 9:AM showed at 9:32 am I want the door I paid for and is wasn't white I think they need to reimburse 75.00 for my time they wasted .

Contractor removed window and took it to Wholesale Glass and they replaced the glass.  Their work was quick and professional.

The windows were good, but they had inadequate poor carpentry. They did not have the skill or ability to fix the problems.

The job went well for the most part.  They left a small corner of the trim protruding, but I guess they did the best they could with it.  Everything else went well.  They were prompt and on time.  They did what they said they would.

I called on New Years Eve to inquire about an order. When I was told there would be a delivery charge we measured our car to see whether the glass would fit. When I returned the call to Wholesale Glass & Mirror I was quoted a different delivery charge, but they honored the first quote. The two gentlemen who delivered the glass were pleasant, professional and most helpful. They cleaned the glass on both sides, moved my TV to place the glass on the spacers that they provided, returned the TV and hooked it up again.
