Dr. Theo was awesome! I could not have asked for better treatment. He explained everything well, had an excellent bedside manner, and outlined a non-invasive treatment I didn't even know existed. I would highly recommend this practice.

As soon as I arrived I was put at ease by the calm, serene, lovely ambience of the medical office. The staff was attentive and friendly. My wait to see the doctor was quite short, which I appreciated. Dr. LeBlanc is delightful. She specializes the problems of the breast, so I was confident that she was very well-qualified to handle diagnosing and treating whatever my problem was. She is extremely well-educated in her specialty, but her demeanor is never arrogant, just friendly and caring, which I truly appreciate. She took time to sit down and thoroughly listen and discuss possible diagnoses, then took me in to get an ultrasound right in the office. How convenient is that! The ultrasound tech was equally warm and friendly, explaining the procedure as I would ask questions. After a few minutes Dr. LeBlanc herself came in and discussed her impressions of what they were seeing. I really appreciated her coming in to see for herself and not just depending on someone else's report. Two opinions are always better than one.
I am so impressed with that practice that I also made an appointment for my annual gynecological exam there.

I have been here twice since my move to the area.  The office is very efficient and thorough and Dr. Lyles seems to be very competent.  She was friendlier on my second visit than on the first and that made me feel better about going there.

I think Dr. LeBlanc is terrific.  I have been seeing her for a number of years and she is very attuned to my risk profile, which is extremely important to me.  She always invites questions from me and her answers are invariably thoughtful and productive.  Best of all, SHE LISTENS!  The office atmosphere is calming and the staff is friendly and efficient.  I can highly recommend Dr. LeBlanc.

Was referred to this TYPE of doctor - Dr. Theofrastus by another physician, not him specifically. Made the appointment and had to wait 45 minutes to see him. I was told he was in a meeting. Nice to schedule/participate in a meeting when you have patients scheduled. After listening to me for about three minutes, he left the office while I changed and got on the examining table. He came back in with his assistant and within sixty seconds tells me I need to see someone else before he even looked at me. That he specializes in urethra issues. This man's arrogance was appalling.

I have a Master's degree in Anatomy and Physiology. I have had this ailment for some time, and I am quite clear exactly where the problem was located. He then proceeds to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for NOTHING. I was in shock - could barely even speak this whole thing was so ludicrous. And, the bill was more than what the clinic personnel had quoted me on the phone prior to coming as I do not have insurance, so I thoroughly research cost in advance. I even told the billing lady that there must be a mistake. He did not do anything, so there was not any reason why it should have or could have been more. It was clear by the office environment that his interest lie not with his patients but with other activities. Perhaps this man has been getting away with taking money from people for years without providing any care. Anyone other than a physician would be arrested for that kind of behavior.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save your money and find a better place.

I'm new to the area and looked up doctor credentials and selected Dr. Lyles based on her menopause expertise. Granted it took a long time to get a new patient appt. But I think had Dr. Lyles been aware of the severity of the problem she would have seen me asap. I'm not faulting the front office as I'm sure they are following protocol and they did advise me to see my primary care in the meantime but I wish they had emergency appts. set aside. Once I saw Dr. Lyles and her nurse they could not have been more empathetic or sympathetic to my situation. I felt very comfortable, although a little embarrassed, but between the both of them, they couldn't have been more reassuring, helpful, concerned and informative. I was given an ultrasound by a wonderful technologist at the office, which had been scheduled at the time of my appointment. That was very convenient as I was not feeling well and I'm sure I would have had to wait several days to have one done some place else. I did have to go some place else for blood work, which took all of 10 minute so I was extremely happy about that. Dr. Lyles was then able to give me a diagnosis, medication and answered all of my questions by the end of the office visit. Check out was a breeze. I was also given a follow up call the following morning from Dr. Lyles wonderful nurse about my blood work and given another medication. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lyles and staff to anyone new in town or looking for a change.

Good visit. Dr. Leblanc examined me and we discussed possible surgery in the near future. She answered any questions I had.
