"Unfortunately we relied on a subcontractor to install this pool and did not properly supervise the installation. We have dug out the pool and reinstalled the pool used the proper back-fill material and had a factory repair performed and completed the project. This was an unfortunate situation which we have made right by the pool owner and the last time I drove by the owners were in the pool splashing and laughing. Peter Phelps Owner / Member"
