Basic services were performed. The service manager had offered an additional service at a reduced price which we agreed to have done, and then later came and said it couldn't be performed on this car as it was not easy to do because of it's small size. So, why even offer it in the first place? Also, I asked them to be sure to reset the oil change light as once before they didn't reset it and I had to return the next day and wait (45 minutes) for someone to reset it! Well, after the oil change and hopefully tire rotation I paid and went to leave and they had not reset the oil change light again! After two mechanics tried to reset it for 25 minutes, I finally figured it out and reset it myself. So frustrating! While their price is competitive, their service lacks!

Another benefit of getting prescriptions filled at Wal-Mart is that you can do other shopping at the same time, saving a car trip...and time.

They are OK. It was a pretty good experience. It could be faster at times, but I try to plan to go in at times, like the morning, when it is less busy. Sometimes in the afternoon it could be a couple hours wait.

My car needed to be jump started when the battery died. When I drove it up to Wall-Mart and told them the car should not be turned off unless they wanted to jump start it again the attendant immediately got to work. There was some confusion after the work was done and I had to show them the paperwork twice before they finally realized it was a replacement for a defective battery I had purchased from them three months prior.

The first one they put in only lasted 2 weeks and they had to replace it, which they did for free so that was good. They said it would take an hour. I stayed in the store for 45 minutes and went back to check on the car. They had it done in hour, so I wish they would have called me to let me know it was done.
