We have dealt with 12 real state agents over the years as buyers and sellers. Vivian Snyder is clearly the highest skilled and most responsive broker we have dealt with. She advised us well on those things which needed to be done to the property to prepare it optimally for sale. She is straightforward and honest in leading a seller to get the best price for their property. She and her colleagues well-design brochures and web presentations of the property, and actively search all who have shown interest in the property, presenting to them opportunities to bid.
