fine service. but scheduling required an additional  call to the provider. i was told that they would be there friday. waited all day friday and finally got a call saying they weren't coming till monday. i was not happy about that as i wasn't supossed to be home on monday. when they did arrive on monday everything went well.  in all i feel they biggest problem was with communication with the company.    i found it interesting that the quote came in an email requiring me to print ,sign, and mail it to the company.

Great communication with the sales rep over several months of (our) decision making. All work was done as described when scheduled. Most reasonable price for spray foam insulation that we found. Interviewed several other companies. Cleaned up the job site nicely. Absolutely no regrets!

I chose this company based on the referral of a contractor friend. The rep that came out was friendly, respectful, thorough, and professional, and had a very thorough, fairly competitive quote.
That said, the actual installation was very rocky. There was apparently some old debris up in the attic that none of us knew about until the old insulation was removed. Apparently, that was "not part of the quote", so it became our job to either remove it, or find someone to do so (we found someone; the folks they recommended were very expensive).
This stalled the project for a few weeks, which is understandable. However, once they got back to work, the closed cell foam is coming out of cracks in the ceilings and floors, and absolutely NO effort was made to avoid spraying our pipes/ductwork/electric cables in the cellar. I am dreading the day that we need any work done down there...it's hard to even distinguish one pipe from another. There is also insulation dribbles all over the yard (a month later!), the crew smoked inside our house (and didn't even make an effort to hide it: it reeked of smoke, they left the butts in the yard, and their pack of cigarettes in the bedroom).
I will say that our house is quite cozy, so if all you're looking for is energy efficiency, hire at your own risk. But if you are looking for a crew that takes pride in their work, or their company's reputation, I would say look elsewhere.

Timely on providing estimate. They showed up on the date and at the time they said they would be here. The crew was friendly and worked steady without breaks.

Awesome job! Ask for Adam Ellwood - he is the best! He worked patiently with the unreasonable city inspector and was able to prove that the 3rd bedroom was acceptably insulated! thank you!

The person who quoted was very thorough, checking all spaces. He did forget his ladder and had to borrow ours, no big deal. The men who came to install insulation were very careful with minimum mess. They even took the leftover foamboard insulation and put it on our crawlspace door (under our deck) which was not on the bid, just something they thought we could use.

From start to finish, an excellent job was done. The estimate was given to me in a timely manner. The work was done to the satisfaction of the tenant and myself, and in a timely manner. I was very pleased. This was the first time I used this company, and will contact them again in the future if the need arises. I recommend them highly.

Entire job overall was good.

Jeremiah came out the same I called and gave me an estimate. They were able to fit us into the schedule early the next day. The crew came out in the morning and finished before noon. They also informed us that we were eligible for a rebate from Progress Energy for increasing our insulation R value. Very professional from start to finish. I would call them again.

Great. The ONLY issue was that they were 3 hours later than expected.

Everything they promised, they delivered. They had a great product of high quality.

This company was good at their job. They inspected before and gave my an estimate. They laid down floor covering and I didn't have anything to clean up when they were finished.

It was a very straight forward job and was done entirely to my satisfaction.
