Town and Mountain Realty

Chris Tuten is wonderful. I was looking for a realtor, and Chris was recommended to me. I called, left a message, and he called me right back. I called other realtors, talked to the via telephone, looked at other websites, and Chris won hands down. He provides six hours of free handyman services to all of his clients. If the lawn needs mowed, or some heavy object needs to be hauled off the back porch, he participates in that. He probably gave me more than the six hours in the final analysis. He was very patient. For a lot of it, I was very ignorant and uninformed, and Chris did not judge me. He put me at ease. He made me feel as though I was a friend of his. 

It was really special. The house was a fixer upper, and I had been in denial about that. It needed TLC. Chris is a great communicator. When it came time for me to let him know my friend needed a key to get inside the house for a purpose, Chris put two keys in the lock-box. He gave my friend the temporary combination. He is very cooperative, patient, and non-judgmental. 

The price he charged was appropriate. It wasn't too much or too little. It was just right. I was so moved, I got him a gift certificate to a restaurant. 

There are people who want a shark for a realtor or a type-A personality. That's not Chris, which is fine and exactly what I needed. We meshed well together and he made all that work for me. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
