The Hands of Sean Perry Co.
About us
Since 1995, The Hands of Sean Perry Co. has been helping residents in Asheville with remodels, renovations, and building additions to their homes in historic areas including Montford, Kenilworth, and Grove Park in North Asheville as well as surrounding areas. Our clients choose us because of our level of professionalism, our ability to provide detailed scopes of work with aligned fixed price budgets, as well as our integrity, craftsmanship and attention to detail. We excel at custom renovations prior to the start of our projects, our collaborative design process with clients and areas professionals as well as our own design-build capabilities. We truly care about the work we do on existing structures. I feel it is our obligation to do what is right for the longevity of the homes we work on, while balancing our ideals with our clients needs and budget.

"At each opportunity our company culture is to create win/win outcomes on each project we undertake. In our nearly 18 years of experience in Asheville, we, like any professional group, have gone through learning curves that have provided meaningful opportunities for growth, professional improvement and development. Our culture was, and continues to be, one that approaches challenges with perseverance and making right what is seen as an imperfection in what we have provided for a client. We honor trust within our relationships and work diligently to maintain trust. Once it slips it can be difficult to regain. There is the rare occurrence when personalities do not match; when misunderstandings or misinterpretations cannot be overcome. I have read the review this client has provided over and again. There is certainly truth to aspects in his report, and between the lines I urge myself to understand his frustration and learn from it. While I do not feel the necessity to engage in “he said, he said” rebuttal, I will say that our work was inspected and approved at each required step of the process; we had a daily presence building and overseeing the project. Remodeling is a challenging, imperfect business. We are an award winning firm with significant remodeling experience and strive constantly to provide an unmatched positive experience for our clients. We approach each project with professionalism, integrity and a knowing that our success is built on client satisfaction which in turn lead to repeat clients and referrals. We do not take this for granted."
