Jeremy Jordan helped us relocate from the Chicago area. This was our first time working with a Buyer’s Agent, and by far our best Real Estate experience! After meeting with him in December, and again in April, we were confident that he knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. The day we had a contract on our Illinois home, we called him and said the buyers wanted an early close and we needed to find a place ASAP. Within hours, he sent a list of homes that fit our criteria. The next day, Jeremy drove out to the property we chose, sent some additional pictures, walked through the house, and made an offer on our behalf. We drove out the day after the offer was accepted, to put down the earnest money and due diligence deposits. Since we were only in town for one afternoon, Jeremy managed to arrange (on very short notice) for the home inspection to be completed while we were here. Throughout the process, he patiently answered every one of our many questions, put us in touch with the right people to make it happen, and followed through on everything from start to finish. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT HIM! Our closings were scheduled two days apart – we honestly didn’t think it would happen. Without Jeremy’s advice and assistance, we’re sure it wouldn’t have happened. We asked nearly the impossible of him, and he delivered on every count. He certainly exceeded our expectations! We would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy a home in the Asheville area!

Judy Stone of The Buyer's Agent of Asheville was a wonderful help to us when we relocated to the Asheville area.  She patiently showed us house after house and walked us through every step of the purchase process.  She provided reliable information and suggestions for needed service people, contractors, handymen and the area in general as well as names and phone numbers to set up all utilities.  She is friendly, calm, competent and well-acquainted  with the entire area. We are very pleased that she was our Real Estate Buyers Agent.

When my family was planning to move to Asheville, Jon Corbin of The Buyer’s Agent took on the fairly impossible task of finding a home that met all of our initial criteria: a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, newly constructed or “newer” move-in ready home, close to the city and on a very modest budget. When he heard our list of “needs” he did not laugh or scoff. He set about finding us our ideal property, and he did so with exceptional patience, a keen knowledge of the area, a wealth of referrals, unparalleled professionalism, and remarkable diligence.
Throughout our hunt for a new home, Jon helped us to avoid costly mistakes when engaging with sellers’ agents, developers, and builders. He willingly aided us by stating our concerns and opinions during meetings, and he even followed up after meetings to make sure we understood our options.
Jon was regularly prompt when responding to emails and calls, and he was always on time (or called ahead) for appointments.
We feel very fortunate to have had Jon working with us when we faced a few disappointing bumps in our house search. He never failed to be supportive, and he helped us to remain positive throughout an otherwise frustrating process. In the end, we did not move into the exact house we initially set out to find, but my family and I feel that Jon helped us to get a home perfectly suited for us.

Jon Corbin, without a doubt, is Asheville's BEST buyer's agent, in my opinion. My sister and I spent the better part of 3 months looking for a home. We looked at a lot of properties, hemmed and hawed, changed our mines, thought we knew what we wanted but it took us awhile to know what we needed--big difference. I personally would have gone nuts if I had been "our" realtor, but throughout the entire process, Jon was patient, supportive, helpful...and FUN. And best of all, we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Couldn't have done it without him!

We worked with Jon Corbin from The Buyers' Agent. He was wonderful to work with. Ready and willing to show us any homes we were interested in. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time. I think he gave us good assessments of the properties we looked at. He stayed very neutral but honest. Once we had decided on a home and made the offer he was on top of all the paperwork and helped us immensely during the due diligence period. During that time we had to go to the property several times to meet with contractors and he made himself available so that we were able to get all the estimates we needed while we were still in due diligence.

He is professional and very experienced. A warm and friendly person. The entire process was very smooth and painless.
