Terrible. I signed a $250 contract, their minimum up front before they even set any traps. That was for trapping one animal. (It’s $50 more for each additional animal trapped). There was a mother possum underneath my house and at least one baby that came into the house. After setting traps under and in my house for over a week involving no less than 3 people, they caught nothing, and refunded me no money. Even during this Coronavirus pandemic when money is tight. It was a bad experience. I will use someone else in the future. I suggest you do too.

They're a big name company. Their local office has been very responsive to us. I think they are affordable. They were very good in responding to our needs. We will be using them again, a regular retainer.

I would use them in the future. I have been using them since we bought the house. The technician that comes out I really like him. He is very professional and does a great job. He is very conscientious about the job he does for my yearly termite inspection, and monthly pest control. They come out when they say they are going to come out, and I also trust them.

We had found a better value for termite protection with a smaller, local company so Terminix came out for an 'exit inspection'. A team of 4 arrived to include the local manager, two technicians and a brand new trainee. During their exit inspection, Tommy noted rodent activity in our crawl space. We had already put out rodent baits ourselves that didn't seem to be as effective as hoped. The activity was determined to be something larger such as a raccoon or similar. Even though we were not a pest control customer, Tommy and his crew began investigating while we watched. They discovered a live possum under the crawl space barrier tarp. The critter had crawled up a drainage pipe and made a nest under the tarp. In a demonstration of excellent customer service, the brand new trainee donned gloves, cornered the unhappy critter and bravely grabbed her by the scruff for removal. At my request, he did not destroy her but released her into a field well off the property. Though we may no longer be a termite customer, we signed a pest control contract on the spot and Stephen did our first pest treatment. The efforts of the team, the consideration of the manager taking time to come along, the respectful way we were treated and the assertiveness of the new trainee convinced us. All our questions were answered and my concerns addressed. We will be covering the exposed drainpipe accordingly. Compliments to Jason, Stephen, Tommy and the new trainee we dubbed "Possum".

This guy was a life saver. I loved that guy. Once a rat went through my kitchen, it was the size of my dog. I've had so many pests. My basement was infiltrated with flies, Something hatched in my basement it look shiny, like in the movies. He was here on a Saturday that day. I had a family of ferrel cats living in a crawl space that I didn't even know were in there till one of them jumped out at me. Its been a pest nightmare here. Nothing lives in this house now like for 20 years. I would have used him again but his gone.

I've been using them 21 years. I used to be extremely happy with them. Its like the people changed. I'm very unhappy with the service man now. and I have a yearly contract and I'm thinking about getting rid of it when its over. He comes every three months. I dont understand how this can be the guy who used to do it when we first started using them. It took him about 45mins total in just my house and there are three houses here. This guy is in and out of both houses within an hour. I have tried to follow him before but he just runs around the house. I dont like him. I dont think he is pays attention to detail. He doesn't listen to me when I ask him, he says he will come back and set the rodent trap around the back, when I call him, if I dont call in a week or two he forgets. I'm just not happy over all with him. I'm also on his recommendation, I'm using their mosquito control service also which I can't understand anything and thats been for three month since summer and I told the guy not to come back. He is also early, which I dont like. because 9O'clock is not ok in my book

The price is 200 and some dollars a year for them to come out and walk around my house. It seems high to me. I guess the quality is good.

During our 12 months of termite monitoring, no technician visited my property even once to check the in-ground monitoring stations. When my contract was up for renewal, I received an invoice for $238 which I ignored because I was considering another provider. Then I got a reminder Terminix invoice a couple weeks later. Then another. I wrote "not renewing" on the invoice and mailed it in. A few days later, while I was away and without notification, a technician came to my property, jumped my fence (gates were locked), installed new monitoring stations and left a notice on my front door. I was livid.
A few days later, a representative called, acknowledged the receipt of my cancellation and arranged a date to have a technician retrieve the monitoring stations. That technician never showed up and is now a week overdue.
Terminix is on autopilot. They arrive when they feel like it without notice, they prowl your property doing what they do even if it means jumping fences, they want $238 for sticking monitoring stations in the ground then forgetting them. Termites could damage my home and Terminix wouldn't know about it for several months. Then what? Oops. Sorry, sir. You have termites. We'll treat them for $$$.
Update (4/14/2016): I was contacted two weeks ago by Terminix's Regional Manager who gave apologies for my recent poor experience. He listened to what I had to say and offered to handle my situation immediately with a couple courtesy services for my trouble if I would give Terminix a chance to make it right. I accepted.
A few days later, a technician come out and provided a termite inspection. He was very cordial, knowledgable and answered all my questions. Another technician was to call me the next day to set up installation of new in-ground termite monitors. That call didn't happen.
One week later I still had not been contacted. I called the Regional Manager, voiced my displeasure with my local Terminix provider and canceled our verbal agreement.
A few days later, a representative called, acknowledged the receipt of my cancellation and arranged a date to have a technician retrieve the monitoring stations. That technician never showed up and is now a week overdue.

JB was great. He inspected the house inside and out and then gave us the options and recommendations. We decided to go with the anual plan. I forgot to use the ANgies list coupon and called the office and they told me they would contact JB. He not only accepted it but he also called and left a message. Responsiveness is really important to me and Terminix has been very good!
