They always get when they say they will be. The person is very charismatic, good at his job. I like their efficiency.

They're a big name company. Their local office has been very responsive to us. I think they are affordable. They were very good in responding to our needs. We will be using them again, a regular retainer.

We've had a good experience and they are dependable.

They're very good. I have a year contract with them. It's like $250-$275 a year, that's because I'm a repeat customer.

The guy was professional and explained everything.

Great!! Does not always show up on time, but does get here. We have mice so I am not sure if what he is doing is helping yet, but time will tell.

They seem to be very willing to do whatever you feel like you need, and also I wanted to be sure that we didn't have any termites.

It's an A. I'll continue to use them for as long as I feel like using them.

The price is 200 and some dollars a year for them to come out and walk around my house. It seems high to me. I guess the quality is good.

During our 12 months of termite monitoring, no technician visited my property even once to check the in-ground monitoring stations. When my contract was up for renewal, I received an invoice for $238 which I ignored because I was considering another provider. Then I got a reminder Terminix invoice a couple weeks later. Then another. I wrote "not renewing" on the invoice and mailed it in. A few days later, while I was away and without notification, a technician came to my property, jumped my fence (gates were locked), installed new monitoring stations and left a notice on my front door. I was livid. A few days later, a representative called, acknowledged the receipt of my cancellation and arranged a date to have a technician retrieve the monitoring stations. That technician never showed up and is now a week overdue. Terminix is on autopilot. They arrive when they feel like it without notice, they prowl your property doing what they do even if it means jumping fences, they want $238 for sticking monitoring stations in the ground then forgetting them. Termites could damage my home and Terminix wouldn't know about it for several months. Then what? Oops. Sorry, sir. You have termites. We'll treat them for $$$. Update (4/14/2016): I was contacted two weeks ago by Terminix's Regional Manager who gave apologies for my recent poor experience. He listened to what I had to say and offered to handle my situation immediately with a couple courtesy services for my trouble if I would give Terminix a chance to make it right. I accepted. A few days later, a technician come out and provided a termite inspection. He was very cordial, knowledgable and answered all my questions. Another technician was to call me the next day to set up installation of new in-ground termite monitors. That call didn't happen. One week later I still had not been contacted. I called the Regional Manager, voiced my displeasure with my local Terminix provider and canceled our verbal agreement.

JB was great. He inspected the house inside and out and then gave us the options and recommendations. We decided to go with the anual plan. I forgot to use the ANgies list coupon and called the office and they told me they would contact JB. He not only accepted it but he also called and left a message. Responsiveness is really important to me and Terminix has been very good!

After 3 years of poor service I am done. Terminix is consistently late or early, which is a total disregard of customers' time. People work and have to take off to make these appointments! have had about 8 techs because their turnover is so high. One tech made sexual comments, one cancelled on the way to my house because he was tired, and one sprayed directly into my heirloom bookcase and stained it. They are not professional, not consistent and need to stop resting on being a national company for their security. Go with a local pest control service who has integrity.

I liked their quality of work. Their work was excellent and their price was reasonable. The men were very polite and very professional in their way. It took them three days to complete the job.

They come and say we're going to take care of things and they do.

Very professional! I haven't seen a single tick on my dog, a single spider near the house, or any creepy crawly creatures.

They do a good job. We don’t have to call them; they just show up and do their thing. Our overall experience with them has been really good. We keep continuing to go with them every year. With regard to price, we got some competitive prices from another pest control company, and Terminix said that they would match the prices. So it was very reasonable. We pay an annual contract. There are three different fees. One is for pest control. Then they enclosed our crawlspace and put in a sump pump check on that. There is another one for termites.

The ant problem actually got worse not long after the treatment, likely due to the unrelenting rain, however, as stated in the contract, we contacted them and he came out the next day to re-treat the kitchen area. The second application did the trick. As for termites, he found evidence in our garage but, since the tunnels didn't appear active he suggested waiting a few months. This turned out to be bad advice. We had another company look a week after Terminix for another quote and a couple of the tunnels were now clearly active. The other company got the contract for eradicating the termites. Luckily, we caught and eliminated the problem before they got into our home to do any serious damage.

Didn't even go under the house, tried to sell a $1290 package to kill termites. Said it was too wet. If he thinks I am going to spend $1290 and he can't be troubled to even go look to see what is going on he is sadly mistaken.

They're great. We have a contract with them and they come about every 3 months. We are pleased and the technician that we have now is very thorough, you can tell if he likes his job or not and I specifically asked for thi one. So that's how we got him.

The service call went very well - however we need a repeat call this time because of ants and bees

Tried to contact the provider four times over a six hour period at the number supplied by Angie's List. There was no answer so I am assuming they have changed their number but Angie's List has either not been notified or has not seen it of value to publish the new number.

They were really great. Mike is a really nice guy. The girl in the office is very helpful as well. We have had Mike our three times. We had some extra issues that he came right out and fixed. We have been very happy with their service.

The terminix workman refused to treat my retaining wall for termites. He said that he could only contract to treat my entire house and grounds. He prepared to remove a hornet's nest. I ask if I should move all plants in the way. He responded that it would not be necessary and proceded to remove the hornet's nest. The result was that my plants were damaged and he left a terrible mess. Obviously, this was a disappointing experience on several levels. I would not call them again.

Overall, it took them two visits to take care of the problem. But they did it.

They do the job as they are supposed to. They also have a centracon and they do a great job with that.
