house cleaning
+ -1 moreTwo guys showed up an hour late, leaving them only about an hour and a half to complete the work contracted. They had to borrow from me all the tools to do the job (extension cord, light bulb, wire brush, trash bin, etc) except for the Easy-Off which they brought with them. When one of them climbed down into the well area, he dislodged a cinder block, which smashed the pipes attached to the tank and rendered us waterless. He promptly climbed out of the well area and cleaned up nothing. The basement was cleaned of large junk, but left covered in small debris, and I was left with instructions on how to finish cleaning the oven. It took my husband and a helper 2 hours and $95.00 worth of parts to repair the well, yet Scott dunned us continuously for the full payment. I ended up sending a check for $40.00 and a terse note.
Description of Work: Contracted to clean kitchen, basement, and well pressure tank area in a recently purchased, 100 year old farmhouse.
