We could not have asked for a better experience. We found Tad through a referral from a friend's agent in another city, so in a way, it was "luck of the draw" for us. And were we lucky! Tad's experience and professionalism were to our advantage, every step of the way. His passion and enthusiasm for the area were evident, and only increased our excitement about moving here. He asked great questions to determine what we were looking for, and really listened to the answers. He never showed us a house above the price range we had set unless we requested to see it. He was patient and positive, throughout the process. After our offer on a house was accepted, he even came and met with multiple contractors whenever we needed an estimate since we couldn't be in the area to do it. The advice he provided throughout the process was invaluable, and the recommendations he provided for other services have all proven to be right on. I don't know what we would have done without him!
