It went great. Ty was on time and reliable. He gave a good estimates and stuck with them. even did some extras for free and came on an emergency call.
Had to come back next day to finish up.

Overall, I could not have been more pleased.They were prompt, professional and good problem solvers as this was not an easy space to work in. They communicated well with my other contractors and the work continued seamlessly between them and hvac guys, etc... They finished exactly when they anticipated and for the amount they estimated. I would definitely recommend them and would have them back if the occasion warranted.

It took quite a while since nothing had ever been done and the house was in such disrepair. My mom was so pleased with her "new house". Sometimes she would get flustered when she couldn't find things in the shuffle and Terry would stop and help her find what she was looking for. When renovating the bedrooms and the doors and casings the fellas made her a little curtain over her room so she could have some privacy until the doors were completed.

He personality interviews everyone he has to sub-contract for any reason, and if they aren't up to his standards, he doesn't use them.
