I had given Ms. Pardo very specific requirements which she totally ignored. She told me the property in question was satisfactory and met my needs, and had me fly 2500 miles to see it. (Flight, car rental, lodging expenses plus lost work time.) I didn't even need to walk inside the property (which turned out to be quite a slum) to see she had ignored my explicit requests. When I complained to her broker, she lied about everything - even though I had proof thru my emails. Her broker, of course, took her side. (The date listed above is a guess - I could be off by six months.)

Relocation was stress free. Extremely pleased.
