They did change the oil fast but that was because they did nothing else . 
My low air pressure light was on when I went in for an oil change . It was still on when the car came out . I asked the manager if they had checked the tire air pressure and he assured me that all tires were checked and had the proper air pressure in them when I left . As I said my light was still on and he told me " those sensors go bad all the time on those cars "  I then went to the gas station next door and all tires were low on air . I filled them myself and went back to the shop . The manager did nothing about it and told me to leave the shop .

I've been to Super Lube a few times now, and I've never had a bad experience. Their prices are fair, they work fast and they're nice enough. For a 10 minute oil change, the only way to really judge their performance is by speed and seeming professionalism. I've never thought them slow, and they seem to do a pretty good job at changing oil, flushing transmission fluid, and running down the NC Inspection checklist.
I wouldn't seek them out for the perfect oil change or anything, but if you're on this end of town and need one of their services, they'll get the job done fast and for a fair price.

They changed the oil in my car and after It was completed I saw the van driven out of the bay for my car AND the car next to it with the hood up and the bar still holding the hood up. 1) this is dangerous since you should not drive a car with the hood up. 2) the other car hood slammed shut when the attendant hit the brakes when stopping potentially hurting the hood.
When I went to pay, I realized they had put regular oil in my car instead of synthetic, as requested. They changed out my oil for synthetic while I waited and charged me the difference which was $23 for a total change of $60. (high)
I also noticed that they had put both front windows down when clearly the passenger side window had a cardboard piece wedged in it so no one would try and mess with the driver side switch. There was NO REASON to put down both windows. I spoke to the owner and told him that now was window was down forever unless I go get it fixed. He said they put it down in case they leave the keys in the car so they don't lock them in. They all tried to pull my window up but three men pulling as hard as they could and one guy pressing the button the wrong way won't fix the problem. The owner offered no sympathy and tried to make me feel like it was my fault for not telling him about the window. 
I am headed out of town and it is raining and I needed to have my window up. It cost me $150 to have my window raised due to this clown outfit. I would take my business somewhere else.

I recently bought a 20-year-old truck, and have been taking it around getting various things checked out. I went to Super-Lube, and told the technician that it was his lucky day: I might need everything they had on the menu. I asked him to check out every possible problem. It needed an oil change for sure, but if it needed a coolant flush, transmission flush, new batteries or anything else, I'd be getting it all.
The looked over everything. The changed the oil in the promised 10 minutes, and spent a little extra time looking everything over. I was braced for at least $200 worth of services. When the results came in, I was surprised to hear that everything looked fine. Nothing needed flushing, and the only thing they charged me for was the oil change.
They struck me as real straight-shooters, which is always nice when dealing with any kind of mechanic or auto technician. I'd definitely recommend them.
