Tanya did a phenomenal job. My aunt passed away, leaving her estate to my sisters, a cousin and me. None of us lived in town, and having dealt with my father's home the year before, we could not face clearing out another house. We came in, took the items we wanted to keep, and Tanya handled the rest. Her fee was 50% of what was made from the estate sale, leaving us with 100% more than if we had just donated everything. She organized it all for sale, with the option of using eBay for items of some value that didn't get sold during the estate sale. She was organized and quick, friendly and professional. This was a very stressful time for my family, and she took a great weight from our shoulders. Her services are nationwide, and believe me, when we are ready to downsize ourselves, I am going to give her a call! A smart, talented entrepreneur!
