Diagnosed problem with wireless camera. Installed wired backup camera. Diagnosed problem with video input on head unit. Professional job, reasonable price for product and service. Appears to work alone and had to wait two weeks for service (not an issue for me). I would hire again.

Badly. We made an appointment to meet in Asheville, NC. It took me one hour to get there and ten minutes past the appointment time ha called, said he was running late and would be there in about fifty minutes. I said forget it and left.

Each time he added a connection, he asked whether or not we wanted it, and what it would do when he connected it. He was very methodical, and everything worked fine.
Description of Work
I have installed too many stereo's to count, but i couldn't get this one to use all of our other components. Steve came in and explained everything he did, and he set up everything so it all worked.

Steve was friendly, gracious, very knowledgeable, and very capable. He knew our equipment and was thorough in his work.
Description of Work
Steve fixed our issue of no center sound from our new DVD player. Then he reviewed the wiring of all of our systems: DVD, CD, and satellite, reducing the cables by a considerable number. He did a final check of all our uses and explained what he had done.

I require two things of service providers: 1) knowledge of what they are repairing. 2) a fair price wherein you do not feel gouged or ripped off. Stereo Man did both. Knowledgeable and a fair price which was 1/2 the price that auto dealer wanted to charge me. I'll be back and recommend him to others.

This was a repair on a factory (OEM) car stereo, which was actually performed by the factory repair center in New York. My part in this was to remove the stereo from the dash, assess the problem, ship the stereo, and manage the transaction with factory repair, for which I charge a reasonable fee - in this case $60. This is the same factory repair center that the car dealers use. The difference being that I charge my customers exactly what the factory repair center charges for the repair.Greg M.

My tube amplifier was making loud intermittent popping noises. Stereoman fixed the amp. When I came to pick up the unit he was very kind and explained the repair and also took time to answer my questions. I was impressed with his dedication to do exactly what was needed.
