Sprinkle Creek Landscaping

First they did a paver patio for us - communication was a challenge all along. Initial estimate given then she came out and actually measured and estimate increased over $1,000. Work was completed but communication was terrible all along Tried them again this year for lawn work. They were supposed to come out, did not hear from them, wrote and was told they turned in their aerators and would try to get them back in a couple of weeks. We found another company willing to get the job done since it was getting late in the season. She wrote to say they had them again and we told her we went with a company that was more dependable and had better communication. This was her response: "Good luck to them. Sounds like we won't miss you as a customer. " Very professional answer!

They completed the work in 2 hours. Everything was perfect. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Erin Barrett and the crew from Sprinkle Creek transformed the landscaping in both my front and backyards. Erin's landscape design was reasonable and very appropriate to my neighborhood. She listened to all of my ideas and helped me understand which plants and trees would thrive in my yard. The crew from Sprinkle Creek was very professional and work was completed on time. They cleared the work site of all debris and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks when finished. I am so very pleased with their work! Working with Sprinkle Creek was an awesome experience!

The finished projects are excellent. We could not be happier with the work that was done. The work was very tricky because of the difficult terrain. The rocky outcrop at the driveway entrance had several very large rocks that needed to be carefully removed and then the underlying rock structure assessed for stability. One huge boulder, estimated to weigh around 6 tons, slid down to the driveway and had to be broken into smaller pieces to be able to move it. The crew accomplished this and rebuilt the retaining wall which really makes the driveway entrance look attractive.
The trail was cut into the hillside with several zig-zags to keep the slope of the trail manageable. Rocks were installed for steps in some sections and locust logs in other sections. A large flat area that was built in the middle of the trail was underpinned with large rocks, with similar large rocks used as a retaining wall at the back of the area. 
The crew kept us informed on a daily basis, which was great, as there were quite a few unknowns that were revealed as the projects progressed that we needed to discuss and agree on. The crew were skilled and creative as they figured out how to fit the trail into the terrain around the many mature trees on the property. At the end of each day they left the site neat and tidy, which we appreciated.
Some drainage lines from the house gutters had to be re-routed to avoid washing the trail out. A thunderstorm revealed that one pipe was missed and the crew came back within a couple of days to connect this up and redefine some channels to direct the water through the yard.
Before the trail was installed it was extremely treacherous to climb down the slope and perform any sort of yard work. Now we are able to take a wheelbarrow down and have started the process of planting.
We give Erin Barrett and her Sprinkle Creek crew, particularly Darren and Justin, credit for a job well executed. We decided to use Sprinkle Creek initially because they brought ideas and suggestions on how to accomplish the projects and, as the terrain started to dictate what was possible, they offered creative solutions so that we stayed within our budget.

I have used this company several times now and each time, they do exactly what is contracted. Very professional crew, arrived on time and I now have the greenest, plushest lawn on the block... I highly recommend Sprinkle Creek for lawn and garden care...

I wish I could provide before and after photos of my front yard to support this review of Erin and her team at Sprinkle Creek. We bought a new house and desperately need to upgrade the landscaping in the front yard. Erin worked with us to identify shrubs and plants that worked with the astetic of our house and our own personal taste. Erin and her team arrived promptly on the day of installation. She made sure to get our feedback along the way making sure we were in agreement with the overall layout.  Erin treated us like VIPS-going above and beyond what any normal landscaper would do. She even took it upon herself to make a special trip to Lowes to pick up two large red pots she put by the front door as an accent. It was this special attention to detail and quality customer service that sold me. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them!

Some delays caused by weather, otherwise punctual.  Erin was great to work with and had some great ideas for reclaiming the bank, turning it from and eyesore to something far more pleasant to the eye.  Her employees worked diligently so that the project was completed within a week.  The work site was cleaned up on a daily basis which can be a rarity.  Overall very pleased with the entire project.

The heavy machinery was expertly operated by the owner of Sprinkle Creek and the smaller equipment (bobcat, tractor, mowers) were seamlessly used by his workers. Minimal damage to our property occurred and all employees seemed professional and knowledgeable to their tasks. On day three, Sprinkle Creek's co-owner arrived with the new plantings of trees, shrubs, etc. and their placement was perfect...  The entire job was completed one day ahead of schedule and we were totally satisfied  with the results.I suggest that anyone in need of new or revised landscaping of their property get an estimate from Sprinkle Creek...

We've used Sprinkle Creek for 3 years or so. Their professional and courteous service when advising us and doing the work has always been first rate.  Their work crews are the hardest working and most courteous people we've ever dealt with.  We highly recommend them.

As I indicated the front yard was sodded. Their crew was very through in sodding the front yard. They prepped it weeks in advance and when the sod was delivered the entire experience was just as we agreed to. When they do the fertilizing of our yard the crew always lets us know that they are on site, if we are not at home they post a BioGreen sign in the yard indicating they were there.

This job was complicated  because of restricted access to the area.  Large machines had to be brought in to remove the old retaining wall in pieces and install the pre-cast (big) blocks to construct a new wall.  We wanted to make sure an old dogwood in that part of the yard was not damaged by the machines or the excavation.  We took a number of bids and Sprinkle Creek gave us a very good price and an excellent design that would take care of the drainage issue that was causing the old wall to fail.  
They showed up on time, handled a few unexpected problems expertly, and did a beautiful clean-up job when they were done.  Everyone in the crew was conscientious.  They got some dust on our neighbor's car in the process so they washed it for her.  They also put new gravel on the steps in her side yard just because a little dust and dirt landed there during excavation.  Pat Barrett, the owner, was so skilled at operating the backhoe that he removed the entire retaining wall without damaging our neighbor's shrubbery that was literally a couple of fee away.  We were amazed.   We are now big fans of Sprinkle Creek and they will be our go-to resource for any future landscaping projects.
