Southeastern Telecom Inc - Asheville

We asked for a phone system to take care of the office needs, ie fax line, outgoing lines and 2 incoming lines.  We were given two incoming lines only.  The system was worse than what we had.  When we complained, the company wanted an opportunity to fix the problem.  They never showed up.  When called, they said they had no intention of finishing the job.  I spoke with Dale Gilstrap, who actually hung up not only on me, but other personnel in the hospital where I work.  I made the down payment of around 1500 and the balance is due.  We are being threatened.  Their phone system is not even compatible with the hospital phone lines, which are the lines we use.  Worse experience and rudest company I have ever encountered.  Our original salesperson, refused to return calls or emails.
