 + -1 morePerfect. Erica was on time for our initial consultation, was friendly, and very knowledgeable about her craft. She entertained our questions and patiently showed us how to fold diapers over and over again. Since then, we have set our diapers out each week on time, and have had nothing but efficient communication and service each week. We couldn't be happier with this service, and recommend it constantly to everyone we can, even if they aren't having children currently. Thanks Smarty Pants!
Description of Work: We started using Smarty Pants in late June or early July 2011. We have been faithful customers since, paying about $20/week for this most necessary service. This is possibly our favorite contractor we've ever worked with, as their service is absolutely necessary for conscientious couples who don't want to add trash to the landfill. Erica and Lee run a tight ship, and nothing is unclear or confusing. From our first consultation about diaper-folding techniques, to automatic debit transactions, the whole service is streamlined for ease of use. Confusion shouldn't be something new parents have to deal with when talking about diaper choices - Smarty Pants makes the transition to parenthood a little easier.
