All our work is done on site, and we offer many cleaning services and same day cleaning service Monday through Friday. We attempt to do quality work at a reasonable price. We're not perfect but we do our dead level best!!! We attempt to please every customer period!

They were good. They were very expensive but they do a good job. They got the stain out. They are probably the same price as all of the companies.

We have been using their services for 12 years. They provide great quality and do an excellent job. I feel that their price is fair for their quality of service. They have never damaged or lost an article of ours. They all do a good job.

It took like two weeks for them to get it ready for me so I would say it's not that good.

"Our alteration's specialist retired early this year. We tried to contract an outside source for a couple of months. We could not, however, control the schedule for completing alterations. We do not offer alteration services at this time and are recommending other local alteration services to our customers. We are sorry for the inconvenience to the customer ."

The silk cover had a small place where a seam had come apart. The cover was sent to the company alteration person to be repaired before cleaning. I was pleased with this project and returned a few days later to have the duvet and mattress pad washed (according to label instructions). Both items were finished when promised and, once again, I was very pleased. Today I dropped off a 1940's hand-made quilt to be laundered.
