I highly recommend Jeremy Shea and Skyland Automotive. I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX5 and every aspect of the sale was outstanding. Jeremy was warm, friendly, sincere, and very knowledgeable about the car. I was treated with dignity and respect and was made to feel like my business was valued and appreciated. I can honestly say, it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. There was no haggling, no tricks—none of the negative things one often finds when buying a car. I am thrilled with my new CX5 and hope to always buy cars from Jeremy Shea and Skyland Automotive. He is a true gentleman and quite an asset to the dealership.

Roof leaked and they replaced seals but the roof leaked again. They had to redo the repair and add parts for which I was not charged. Very pleased with my treatment.

It was easy to get an appointment with Skyland Automotive Inc. The car was ready when they said it would be ready. They gave us a loaner car. The owner takes personal interest in his customers. It's kind of a nice feeling when the owner is right there with the customer and with the service people. So you get to work right with the owners. We also purchased a vehicle there. That was excellent too. It was real easy. There were no hassles and negotiating. They gave me a good price right off. There were no games.

I will only bring my car to Skyland Mazda for service. I purchased my
2011 Mazda from a dealership out of state, however they still treat me
as if I purchased from them. They've taken care of any little
maintenance issues for free (due to warranty) or for a small price.
Past mechanics have always tried to scam me into spending more money on
unnecessary services and products when all I went in for was an oil
change...However, I I feel confident bringing my car to Skyland because
they are always honest about services my car will need in the future and
they patiently give me detailed feedback whenever I have any questions.

On the night of Sat. 6/5/2010, I lost my only set of car keys. I had an entry only key but it will not start the car because the ignition key has to have a 'chip' in it to work. Locksmith services cannot duplicate this key, so we had it towed to the dealer, Skyland Automotive. I called them Monday morning to explain what was needed, and they said they would order the key and it should arrive the next day and the work should be completed in the afternoon. They said they would call me. I didn't hear from them on Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called Thursday morning. I tried several times and got a voice mail messge and left my name and number each time. I never could get hold of a 'live' person. No one returned my call. Around 4 pm I called several more times, each time the switchboard person sent me to service and still nothing but voicemail. Finally I told the switchboard operator the situation and that I needed to find out about my car before the service department closed. She said she would go to the service department in person and someone would call me shortly. No one did. I called back and told her I needed to talk to a living person about my car, not another voicemail. Finally someone called at 5:20 and said that everyone had left for the day but him, and he could not find any paperwork on my car, but he said he would check the work stations, find out who was working on my car and the status of the repairs and and call me back. He didn't. I tried several times to reach the service department Friday morning, and got the same voicemail routine. I called again and asked the speak the the service manager. Again the voicemail. I called back and explained that I would like to speak to a person not another voicemail. The switchboard operator gave me Bob Worley, the service managers cell phone number. After I explained the situation to him he said he would check on it and call me back. He didn't. But someone else finally did. They said that the keys had just come in this morning but the cars battery was bad and they needed to replace it first. I told them not to replace the battery (they wanted $100 more for that.) I said if I needed to I would bring one from somewhere else, I wasn't buying one from them. They said they would try to do the work with what I had. Finally they called around 11 am and said the work was complete. After paying the bill they said they would have to jump the car off because it would not take a charge. They said that it had a dead cell, and I may not make it home. Once started I drove to an auto parts store to see about a battery. They checked the battery and said that the charge was low but the battery was good. It started on it's own when I left. And is still doing fine.

It is a local company that provides good service. We purchased our vehicle from them, and we got it for a fair price. The owner is a very reputable person in the community.

I have a very good opinion of Skyland Motors. I bought my Jeep there and have always gone back for their expert service. The place is clean and everyone is professional and courteous. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. They often have coupons in the paper you can take in to get $10 off the regular price. I like this.
