Horrific experience. Shoddy workmanship, no quality control, clerical errors, disrespectful behavior towards the customer from contractors, general manager, regional manager and complete ignoring of our concerns by the owner of the business. Never once stepped in to personally show any concern for our extensively documented issues. 2 1/2 years after closing there are still outstanding repairs that need to be completed. Management is the culprit. At all levels they are totally disinterested except for their scheduled pay outs.
We have documentation of over 100 sent emails documenting errors from paint and framing to electrical and lot cleanup.
