My desktop died suddenly, right at the worst possible time. We were in
the middle of trying to sell our house and move out of state and I
needed my computer to be up and running. Fortunately our son was able to
quickly diagnose the problem as a power supply module failure, so I looked at
local computer repair services online and decided to phone Sassy's. I
had the desktop there in the shop in less than fifteen mintues and
totally fixed in less than half an hour. No drop off and pick up in
several days with the excuse that your PC has suffered from some bogus virus.
By that evening it was on my desk and running perfectly again. Service
of that quality has all but disappeared. You'll get honest diagnosis, quick repair,
and a fair price from Sassy's. I would heartily recommend them.

Mr. Conkis of Sassy's computer provided excellent service to me in repairing my laptop. Excellent communication and customer service, responded quickly and flexible. I definitely recommend Sassy's to anyone who has computer issues.

I bought a new green computer from Sassy's in September ..I was having trouble getting
the monitor to come up on line... I took it in and it was not the computer but my monitor.
Was meet at the door with a smile ,and was taken good care of... If you
want or would like the best customer service in Asheville then... Buy
your next computer from Sassy's...and there repair work is the best
!!!!!! I can't say enough about the people that work there...!!! Just Thank You for taking good care of me !!!!!!

When my computer crashed I took it to Sassy's computers. Bill told me he could transfer the info to another hard drive for a good price but would still have a old computer just a new hard drive. He showed me a new Green Computer,It was small and no fan or tall tower,CD and DVD buner so I bought one and I am glad I did !!!!Bill loaded all my info onto the new computer and got it ready for me to take home.I had a few problems getting to some of my files so I took it back to Sassy"s computers The next day and Bill got it right showed me what I was doing wrong and did not charge me for a thing... He spent a few hours getting all done but MAN It is nice to be able to talk with,see,and have someone there for you when I needed service.So if you would like to see your service tec. go to Sassy's computers This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!Thank you Bill !! .. I love your commercial !!! Funny and right to the point. If you need any kind of computer work done go to Sassy's..you will be glad you did

I would never go back to them and would never recommend them to anyone. After I went to them, they installed their own software and didn't fix the main problem that I originally took to them.

"Our shop had originally performed a format and reload of the Windows Operation system. For this service we charged $110. This service did not include any sort of backup or restore of existing user data. We recommended a full backup and reload (at a cost of $170.00) The customer declined and said she would use Carbonite (an online backup service) for this purpose. Her computer was in working order after our service was performed. She had called back stating she was unable to open any of the files Carbonite had restored. We offered to investigate the issue and spent some time correcting it at no extra cost to her. When all was said and done, her files were accessible and everything was working as far as we could tell. We have not heard back regarding any on-going issues since 2-4-12."
