Vacuum Cleaners
Took it in with a cord issue. They described the problem and said they would repair if possible or replace the cord winder. They repaired it at the cost discussed and in their timeframe. What more can you ask for.

Vacuum Cleaners, Small Appliance Repair
Amazing place. From what I read, they have been in business for 61 years. They should get an award or something. We took our fairly new upright vacuum cleaner there because the Off/On button would not work. It would not slide up and down as it should. The elderly gentleman said it would be fixed in a day or two if he had the part. If he had to order the part, it would take longer.
The SAME day he called and said the vacuum cleaner was fixed and ready to be picked up. When my husband went to the shop to pick it up and asked what the cost was, the shop owner said and quot;nothingand quot;.!!! He said the switch was just stuck and we didn't owe him anything. No labor charge, nothing. Can you believe it? He could have told us it needed a new switch and we would have never known the difference.
My husband felt so appreciative that he bought some vacuum cleaner carpet fragrance stuff even though we really didn't need it. He said he felt guilty walking out of there and paying nothing. There must have been some labor involved.
Where do you find honest, ethical businesses like that now days?

Apparently a one-man shop, but lots of stock and seems knowledgeable about his business. Busy on the Saturday morning I was there, so there's some wait, but altogether a satisfactory experience. We bought two machines at reasonable pricing, plus a discount for floor models. Proprietor helped us get them to the car. Worth checking out. Also does repairs.

Vacuum Cleaners
Took it here after a horrible experience with Aerus Home (see separate review). These guys fixed it quickly, affordable and kenw what they were doing. Great and quot;old-timeand quot; repair shop for vacuums. Great service experience. Thumbs up.
