We needed rugs for our new home and were told Rug and Home had the best selection...and they did! We purchased rugs for three rooms. Two, we were able to take with us as they were perfect. One we had to have made and we had to order the pads for all three. Joanne Landry listened to what I wanted in each room and directed me to the best options, not wasting my time with something that she knew wouldn't work, based on my description and our desire to get in and out quickly. The pieces that we ordered were ready in the timeframe given and we were able to get them into the house just before the furniture arrived!

The lady that helped us in the store was excellent, she was knowledgable, enthusiastic and patient. The store has a Great selection of rugs. The guys packaged them very well and carried them to my car.
The lady that took payment was not so excellent, she was miserable, grumpy, and obviously having a bad day! Cheer up lady!
